BrooklandsThe Brooklands apartments have been carefully designed with all the modern home comforts expected from a brand new development. Two people can live comfortably and be able to accommodate visiting family and guests.
Each apartment has

There is a mix of ground floor and first floor flats available with some ground floor flats opening directly out onto the communal gardens through patio doors. Living in a like-minded development encourages a community spirit which gives residents peace of mind.

External areas
A car parking space is available for each apartment and there are additional spaces for visitors in the complex’s shared car park.
The communal garden areas give residents another place to relax and also gives them an opportunity to socialise with other residents in tranquil settings.
